Curta-metragem de comédia americana de 1935, realizada por Louis Lewyn. Foi nomeado para o Óscar no 9.º Óscar em 1936 de Melhor Curta-Metragem (Cor). Apresenta Judy Garland, de 13 anos, pré-estreia, a cantar 'La Cucaracha' com as suas duas irmãs (apelidadas de 'As Irmãs Garland'). No filme, estrelas de Hollywood participam numa revista e festival com temática mexicana em Santa Bárbara. Andy Devine, o 'Maior Matador do Mundo', envolve-se numa tourada com um bovino duvidoso fornecido por Buster Keaton, e os números musicais são fornecidos por Joe Morrison e As Irmãs Garland. São também apresentados trechos de comédia e números de dança.
