Se estava para aí sentado a pensar se os tipos que fizeram Aeroplano! e Onde Pára a Polícia são malucos, a resposta é 'sim'. E Ultra-Secreto! prova-o sem sombra de dúvida! Ultra-Secreto! coloca a estrela americana do rock Nick Rivers (Val Kilmer) contra o temível Alto Comando da Alemanha de Leste. É uma corrida contra o tempo que Nick tem de fazer, para ajudar Hillary Flammond (Lucy Gutteridge) a encontrar o seu pai antes que ele consiga criar a definitiva super arma - a Mina Polaris. Pelo caminho, Ultra-Secreto! consegue fazer aos épicos de guerra e aos filmes de Elvis o que Aeroplano! fazia aos filmes catástrofe.
