Um show ao vivo em homenagem a Freddie Mercury, ex-vocalista do Queen. Mercury morreu de AIDS e por isso algumas das receitas deste concerto foi para a pesquisa da AIDS. Artistas como Metallica, Def Leppard, Elton John, Axl Rose, Extreme, George Michael, e muitos outros, fazem performances alternativas entre tocar seus próprios sucessos, tocar músicas do Queen, ou tocar com os membros sobreviventes do Queen.
