Um Sonho Possível

Michael Oher, um teenager sem abrigo que sobrevive como pode, é avistado na rua por Leigh Anne Tuohy. Esta, reconhecendo-o como colega de escola da sua filha, insiste para que ele saia do frio, dado que é pleno Inverno e Michael está de calções e t-shirt. Sem hesitar, Leigh convida-o a passar a noite na sua casa. O que começou como um gesto de ternura, tornou-se em algo mais, quando Michael passou a fazer parte da família Tuohy. Vivendo neste novo ambiente, o rapaz encontra desafios completamente diferentes daqueles que tinha. À medida que o tempo foi passando, Michael começou a descobrir o seu potencial (não só como jogador de Futebol Americano), e a sua presença no seio dos Tuohy levou-os a descobrirem um pouco mais sobre eles próprios.
