Bem-vindo a Zombieland conta-nos a história de dois homens que encontraram uma forma de sobreviver no Mundo actual, repleto de zombies. Columbus é um autêntico medricas. Tallahassee é um destemido caçador de zombies e tem como único objectivo comer o último Twinkie da sua vida. Quando se juntam a Wichita e Little Rock, que também têm os seus métodos para sobreviver a esta catástrofe, eles têm de determinar o que será pior: confiar uns nos outros ou serem devorados pelos zombies.
