Alice (Kathryn Beaumont/ Therezinha) é uma garota curiosa e cansada da monotonia de sua vida. Um dia, ao seguir o apressado Coelho Branco (Bill Thompson), ela entra no País das Maravilhas. Lá ela conhece diversos seres incríveis, como o Chapeleiro Louco (Ed Wynn/ Otávio França), o Mestre Gato (Sterling Holloway/ José Vasconcellos), a Lagarta (Richard Haydn/ Wellington Botelho) e a Rainha de Copas (Verna Felton/ Sara Nobre).
