Police Major Vasilisa Zhuravlyova lives and serves in a small town. There are practically no serious criminal incidents here, and Vasilisa knows all the local lawbreakers by heart. However, the peace of this quiet place is disturbed by a murder that turns the lives of the townspeople upside down, revealing the secrets of the past.
