Running away from your demons won’t do anything. In a desperate bid to escape what she believes is a relentless stalker, a troubled girl battles escalating paranoia, and chilling noises, only to uncover that the haunting presence she fears the most resides within her own reflection. Face (2023) by Stephanie Mavi Garcia Panclas (SMGP), is their first horror/psychological thriller short film. Face, follows a character played by Vanessa Lopez, 19, in which she finds herself feeling stalked, watched, and followed. When she finally faces the stalker, things take a chilling turn.
